Hailstone Barn is a truly unique property set in the rolling countryside of the south Cotswolds in a completely rural setting. This stunning barn also boasts an entertainment room with a bar.

This spacious holiday home features five bedrooms and three bathrooms and one shower room. The large open-plan living area comprises of a fully equipped kitchen, dining table seating ten guests and a spacious sitting area with a wood burning stove. The formal sitting room comfortably seats ten guests and features an open fire, wooden beams and french doors leading out to the deck. This luxury property comes complete with three televisions with Sky Q and a Sonos system. If you want to chill out in style, head for the entertainment room with its large, wall-mounted television, opulent corner bar and wood burning stove.

Professionally landscaped by James Alexander Sinclair, the gardens are very special too with a courtyard which has been featured in Country Life magazine 2020, wild flower gardens which have also been featured in The English Garden magazine 2021 and an orchard garden. During the warmer months, the decking provides a firepit, gas barbecue and beautiful garden furniture including hammocks. Enjoy extensive views of woodland and the rolling countryside or play a game of tennis on the tarmac surface complimentary to guests. Visit the town of Tetbury, just two miles away, famous for its many antique shops.

For smaller groups, Hailstone Barn is also available to book outside of peak seasons as Hailstone Barn (6 Guests) sleeping six guests in three en-suite bedrooms.
